There are many congratulations today and many thanks to all involved on a full five-year revalidation for the CertHE Law and the BA ILTUS. This means that there will no longer be a separate CertHE Labour Relations and Law but the first year of the BA ILTUS will still be available as a CertHE ILTUS if required.
There were commendations for academic support to students, innovative approaches to teaching and the use of external advisers to enhance subject specialisms. There are some recommendations that overlap with the ongoing Strategic Review of Law and ILTUS, plus a small number of relatively minor conditions, mainly to iron out inconsistencies in the paperwork and clarify a shorter part-time route for the block residential mode of the BA ILTUS.
