In an historic vote, Ruskin’s Governing Executive decided today (9th October 2009) to proceed with a £20million capital project at its Old Headington site. The redevelopment of the College, in a combination of refurbished and new buildings, will involve Ruskin’s headquarters moving to Headington in 2012.
