The Webb Institute for Leadership in Democracy hosted an exciting event from 19th-23rd October 2009. Nine women civil society activists from trade unions and NGOs in Ukraine, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Serbia, Albania and Croatia participated in a Women’s Leadership and Gender Equality programme. The week long programme included seminars, guest speakers from the college and external organizations, and a social event.
