Ian Manborde (Programme Co-ordinator for MA International Labour & Trade Union Studies) will present a paper to the annual conference of the UK Society for Co-operative Studies, which this year is being held at Northern College on 2-3 October. His paper sits under the second conference topic area: The role of workers in the theory of the firm. His paper will provide a global, comparative overview in trends towards share ownership within collective bargaining strategies in pay reward systems looking particularly at examples in the USA and UK.
