Jennifer Carter BSc. (Hons), MSc., PCTHE  

Jennifer co-ordinates the Law Certificate of Higher Education Programme at Ruskin. This course runs alongside the Cert. H.E. in Law and Labour Relations course and forms the first year of the BA degree in International Labour and Trade Union Studies. Her areas of interest include Human Rights, EU law, Constitutional Law and Anti-discrimination law.  

Jennifer also lectures on the BA ILTUS part time degree, MA ILTUS and Leadership and Democracy Programmes. Her research interests include Environmental Law, in particular the implementation of the Kyoto Protocol within Europe via the EU Burden Sharing Agreement. She has worked for colleges in Oxford and Cambridge and is an Associate Lecturer at Oxford Brookes University.
