Len was a senior lecturer in law at oxford Brookes University from 1990 to 2008. Len’s main duties there involved the development and maintenance of undergraduate Business law modules for the School of Business. He also developed and ran an employment law module for the Masters in Human Resources Programme, which was set up in 1995. In 1992 he joined Ruskin College as a part time lecturer in employment law. His work involved running the established employment law module on the Cert HE Course, and servicing modules, which were being run jointly by Ruskin and PROSPECT. After a break from his duties at Ruskin he returned in the Autumn of 2008, as module leader for the Employment Law Module for the Cert HE in Law and the ILTUS programme.  

Len’s overriding objective at Ruskin is to provide students with a qualitative and effective experience in the various areas of adult legal education, which enhances their learning process, and equips them for the start/continuance of their careers.
