Learning Support

Provision of support for learning is a key element at Ruskin. All students are assessed for specific needs when they join the College. Support is provided through specialist Learning Support Tutors.

Further detailed assessment is available for any student who shows evidence of specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia, and equipment and support is available. All students who need additional learning support have Individual Learning Plans and sessional records of work.

The College has a qualified Counsellor who is available to students who have difficulties that are affecting their study.
