We are a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee. Our Board of Governors is responsible for agreeing the strategic direction of the college and for approving policies and financial plans.
Our members include people from organisations that share our ideals, and staff and students are represented too. The board meets twice a year to offer advice and experience to make sure the college runs effectively.
The board has several committees that meet regularly, such as the Audit Committee, Finance Committee and Search Committee.
