What are the qualifications about?
You will learn how to make changes to the appearance of your work, how to cut, copy and paste text, how to spell check and how to print your work and you will develop your skills in formatting, structuring and presentation.

What do I need?
There are no entry requirements for this course, but it is best if you have basic computer skills and the ability to use a keyboard.

Completing the Introduction to Word usually takes:
- 3 days full time
This residential course runs from Monday to Wednesday.
What jobs could they lead to?
You can build on what you have learnt on this course by taking some of our other IT courses, such as spreadsheets, PowerPoint and internet and email. This will then mean you can go on to achieve the ITQ for IT Users Award. The award has been carefully designed with employers to ensure it meets what they are looking for.
