Hatha Yoga: Stretch and Shine
Yoga improves health and wellbeing and helps you to deal more effectively with the stresses of life. Using the breath to connect to our body and calm our mind, the classes will use classical Hatha yoga postures and meditation, to improve body alignment, build strength and flexibility and reduce stress.
The course is suitable for those with some prior yoga experience.
The classes will be designed to stretch and energise the body with postures linked in a slow flowing practice.
