Get an introduction to leadership in a transformational time.
We are all leaders in some sense; we lead our family, community or projects. Explore what different ideas people and professional groups have about leadership. Is there a best way to lead in an unpredictable time? Using the example of Nelson Mandela, take a look at the meaning and significance of a Servant Leadership.

Aims and Objectives
To introduce skills of leadership in a frantic world.
You will be able to:
- understand and explain key concepts of leadership, especially in the transformational times
- explore Embodied Leadership: The Capacity to Lead in the Midst of Ambiguity & Complexity
- respond from values rather than react from social conditioning
- understand The Art of Fear: Why Conquering Fear Won’t Work and What to Do Instead

This course would be of interest to everyone at this challenging time.
This could lead onto a range of courses at Ruskin, including leadership and skills for getting back into work.

The cost for this course is £25. It is free if you are unemployed or earning less than £17,004 per annum.
