Mindfulness
Feeling stressed, lacking focus, unable to concentrate? Then this practical, creative and enjoyable course is for you.
Mindfulness training is enjoyable and creative as well as productive. You will practice paying attention to the present moment and seizing the present moment through simple breathing and other meditation practices. Mindfulness, through increasing awareness of thoughts and feelings, can reduce stress and anxiety and boost levels of attention and concentration.
Research shows that practising mindfulness can help manage stress and anxiety and enhance quality of life. It also proves that Mindfulness practice leads to high levels of cognitive control, emotional regulation and self-awareness.
