What are the qualifications about?
You will remove the stigma surrounding mental health and develop an understanding of lifestyle choices and other factors that impact on health and wellbeing. You will get a greater awareness of the many facets of health and wellbeing that can be applied in a variety of contexts.
Who are they for?
This is a useful course if you want to further develop your understanding of your and others’ mental health and wellbeing. You may have contact with the general public through everyday living, in educational settings, as a carer, or in public services. This qualification leads on from Mental Health and Wellbeing Level 1.
What do I need?
You should hold a Level 1 in English and Maths.

Completing the Level 2 Award in Mental Health and Wellbeing usually takes:
- 2 weeks part time, 2 days a week, Tuesday and Wednesday
