Beginners’ Yoga – Online
Yoga improves health and wellbeing and helps you deal more effectively with the stresses of life. These classes will use Hatha Yoga postures, meditation, breathing and relaxation techniques to improve body alignment, build strength and flexibility, and reduce stress.

Aims and Objectives
- To introduce yoga postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), relaxation and meditation techniques, building week by week.
You will be able to:
- recognise the signs of stress and tension and use yogic techniques to reduce these symptoms.
