When you come back to access your application you will need to click on the LOAD APPLICATION button above, and then enter the application ID and application key in the two boxes and click LOAD.

At the end of the application form you will be asked to complete some personal statement questions. All applicants must ensure that they answer the relevant questions for their chosen course. Incomplete applications will be returned.

You cannot use this form to apply for the Foundation Degree in Business and Social Enterprise. To apply for the Foundation Degree in Business and Social Enterprise you need to do so at www.ucas.ac.uk Please use the course code N108 and institution code O66.

Form Instructions - PLEASE NOTE

You must click SUBMIT at the base of the form and ensure you type your name in the signature boxes with dates. If you do not receive a confirmation email with your application details on then your application has not been submitted correctly. Please ensure that each field is filled in and that you click 'Next Step' between each stage.  

You must fill in the two sets of Signatures and Dates boxes in the 'Declaration' and the 'Sensitive Data' sections please. If you do not complete these your form will not be submitted.
