Introduction to and Developing Internet and Email Skills

On this course you will learn how to access, navigate and search internet resources for information more effectively. You will develop your skills using email to exchange information, send attachments and manage an address book. We will explore how to use IT tools to schedule activities and store and organise digital communications.
You may be charged course fees depending on your previous level of education but don’t worry; we will help you access financial support if you are entitled to it. For more information visit our Further Education fees and funding page.
While there are no entry requirements for this course, it is advised that you have computer skills and a basic ability to use a keyboard.
