Introduction to and Developing Internet and Email Skills

This course is designed to provide learners with the skills to know how to access, navigate and search internet resources for information more effectively.
You would expect the course to cover areas including (but not limited to):

  • Email skills to exchange information
  • Sending Attachements
  • Managing an address book
  • Scheduling activities
  • Storing and organising digital communications

If you are not eligible for financial support the course will cost £260 (this includes lunch).

While there are no entry requirements for this course, it is advised that you have computer skills and a basic ability to use a keyboard.
Upon application for the courses you will be invited for an initial assessment and interview to ensure that the course is suitable for you.
