Are you interested in finding out how to write for theatre, film, or any aspect of the performing arts? Our unique new course will give you the opportunity to discover where your talents lie and introduce you to the creative, practical and administrative aspects of working in the industry.

Non-residential students can take Writing for a Career in the Arts as a stand-alone course or they can study Functional Skills Maths and English alongside. Residential students will be required to study Functional Skills Maths and English as part of the course.

 Modules for this course include:

  • Developing Creative and Cultural Ideas for a Market

  • Working in the Performing Arts Industry level

  • Oral Storytelling

  • Writing to Convey Information

  • Creative Writing

  • Improvisation and Performance

Cost: £150
