Award in Developing Leadership Skills Level 2

We have one course running:
29 October 2018 - 6 November 2018
This course runs on Mondays and Tuesdays between 9.30am and 1.30pm

This course is designed to help learners develop their leadership skills to apply them in the workplace and other situations. It aims to enhance their prospects of gaining employment or progressing with their studies, or within their current role, whether employed, voluntary or as an active citizen.
You would expect the course to cover areas including (but not limited to):

  • Developing Leadership Skills
  • Understanding the Skills involved in being an effective leader
  • Understanding the relationship between a leader and team member

Entry Requirements & How to Apply MORE INFORMATION

If you wish to study this course at Level 1, it will be expected that you hold an Entry Level 3 in English and Maths. 
If you wish to study this course at Level 2, it will be expected that you hold a Level 1 in English and Maths.

Upon completion of this course learners will have a greater knowledge of leadership skills and the confidence to apply and develop them in a variety of contexts such as work, education, leisure, and in the community. Learners may also wish to study leadership skills as a subject in its own right, for example, team leadership, or as part of related areas such as business, management, or sports leadership.
