Computer Skills Level 1

We have two courses running: 

  • 7 January 2019 - 8 February 2019

    This course runs on Mondays and/or Fridays from 9.30 am and 12.30 pm

  • 27 February 2019 - 24 April 2019

    This course runs on a Wednesday from 9.30 am - 12.30 pm

Scared of computers? Need to brush up on your skills? This course covers the basics of word processing. This course would suit beginners or people with limited knowledge who wish to brush up their skills and make more efficient use of the program. You will learn how to make changes to the appearance of your work and how to cut, copy and paste text, as well as how to spell check, save and print your work.

On completion of this unit you will be able to use a range of word processing software tools and techniques to produce appropriate documents.

 

The course is accredited by Aim Awards who are regulated by OFQUAL
