Understanding Key Mediation Skills Level 2
We have three courses running:
- 2 November 2018 - 4 November 2018
- 8 February 2019 - 10 February 2019
- 26 April 2019 - 28 April 2019
This course runs on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays starting at 9am on the Friday ending at 2pm on the Sunday.

This qualification is suitable for learners who wish to develop the skills, knowledge and understanding required to act as a mediator for the achievement of conflict resolution.
You would expect the course to cover areas including (but not limited to):
- Key Mediation Skills
- Understanding Mediation

If you wish to study this course at Level 2, it will be expected that you hold a Level 1 in English and Maths.
Upon application for the courses you will be invited for an initial assessment and interview to ensure that the course is suitable for you.
Upon completion of the course, learners will have gained a sound basis to move onto the higher level qualification in mediation theory and practice. For learners who choose to progress into the workplace, the qualification is likely to improve their prospects of employability.
