Introduction into Mindfulness

1 Week Course, 2 hours per week

We are running two courses:

  • 4 September 2018 - 4 September 2018
  • 16 October 2018 - 16 October 2018

This course runs Tuesdays between 5.30pm and 7.30pm

This course is designed to introduce Mindfulness to anyone who is interested. You do not need to have any prior experience of Mindfulness,  just a desire to find out a bit about it. Mindfulness has been proven to benefit anyone but can be particularly useful for those who have experienced or experience depression and / or anxiety. All you need to bring with you is some curiosity. The course covers what mindfulness is, where it came from and what it is about. We de-bunk some myths and explore how mindfulness might be useful for anyone in their everyday lives. We also practice some simple mindfulness  techniques.

Cost: £12.50 for the 2hour session.
