Fees and funding explained

Use one of our handy guides below to get an idea of what funding might be available to you at Ruskin. The first is based on you: your age, employment and qualifications. The second looks at the learning path you wish to take and asks a series of yes/no questions to see if you qualify for funding.

  • Are you interested in Maths and English adult courses?

    Yes / No
  • Do you have GCSEs at grade A* - C (9-4)?

    Yes / No
  • Are you interested in any of our other adult courses?

    Yes / No
  • You would have to pay for this course.

  • You can apply for a fully funded course.

  • Are you receiving JSA, ESA or Universal Credit and earning less than £330 per month (conditions apply)

    Yes / No
  • Do you have a Level 3 qualification?

    Yes / No
  • You can apply for fully funded Level 1 and 2 courses.

  • You can apply for fully funded Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 courses.

  • You may still be able to receive funding. Contact us to find out.

  • Are you interested in an Access to Higher Education course?

    Yes / No
  • Are you 19–23 without a Level 3 qualification?

    Yes / No
  • You can apply for a fully funded course.

  • You can apply for an Advanced Learner Loan. You could also apply for a student bursary.

  • Are you interested in one of our Higher Education courses?

    Yes
  • You can apply for Student Finance to cover tuition fees or a Postgraduate Master’s Loan for our MA Programme.
