We are pleased to offer the following free courses, for those over 19 years old. These courses will be held in person, with dedicated tutors for each course.

Dance and movement
Physical activity increases your muscular strength and tone, helps with weight loss, fitness, and endurance. In this dance and movement class, you will use dance to improve your mental wellbeing and relieve stress, all whilst learning a new skill.

Grow your own veggies
Gardening is a great stress reliever and a good way of getting outdoor exercise. By learning how to grow your own fruit and vegetables, you are contributing to an eco-friendly lifestyle and helping to improve your life skills.

Bike maintenance workshop
Whether you commute to work or school by bike or are just a leisurely rider, bike maintenance is a useful skill. In this series of workshops, you will learn how to complete a pre-ride inspection, how to clean and lubricate your bike properly, and about key bike components such as breaks, gears, and tyres.

With our English for daily life course, you will learn the basics of English, allowing you to ask and answer questions, communicate with friends, and engage in everyday life.

Our English for employment course will help you become fluent enough in English that you feel confident in the world of work, allowing you to speak up and better interact with your colleagues.

Cooking on a budget
Learning how to cook on a budget can improve your mental and financial health, alongside giving you the skills to cook healthier meals whilst also reducing food waste.

Managing your family’s hair and beauty
In this course, you’ll learn basic techniques such as plaiting, Indian head massage, simple scissor techniques and nail polishing.

Learn how to make cards for all occasions using lino cutting and lino printing techniques.
